Hillside Drive Topanga

This impressive seventeen acre property was inspired by the beautiful natural surroundings of the chaparral-covered mountains and solitude of the locale. A high-desert theme was chosen to most effectively merge with the natural landscape. Numerous native tree-forms and plantings were intertwined with the many other relating plant materials, always with low maintenance and water conservation paramount. Drainage is taken seriously and addressed throughout in conjunction with various retaining devices and erosion control materials to secure and stabilize where necessary.
